① It should be checked that the connecting parts of each part of the device are connected according to the requirements of the engineering drawings, and the wiring must meet the requirements of the electrical specifications and installation manual;

②Before connecting the components of the device, cleaning work should be done to ensure that the high-current point contact of the device is reliable, and there are no foreign objects inside the cabinet;

③Before the operation of the device, check whether the grounding of the device is reliably connected, and test that the resistance of the grounding resistance meets the requirements;

When the device is put into operation for the first time, it should be completed by the technical service personnel of Zhiguang Electric, and it will be handed over to the user after the initial operation is successful.

① Periodically arrange to inspect the device. If the device makes abnormal noise, measure whether the wind speed is normal. If it is not normal, replace the fan;

② If there is a peculiar smell, you should pay attention to whether there is a high temperature point that may endanger the safety of the device;

③ Arrange a planned downtime and maintenance every year to test whether the DC capacitor has obvious attenuation;

④ The room should be kept clean to avoid dust accumulation and poor heat dissipation;

⑤ The room should be well protected to prevent small animals from entering the room;

⑥ Keep the indoor temperature within the range stipulated in the technical agreement.

① Ensure that the storage conditions and operating conditions of the device are not too different, especially the conditions such as temperature and humidity should comply with the technical agreement;

② The equipment that has been placed for a long time should be covered with a waterproof film to prevent the device from being soaked in water or damp;

③ During the placement period, water-absorbing materials should be configured and replaced regularly;

④ Conditional users can conduct regular power-on tests;

⑤ It is forbidden to store flammable and explosive materials and devices at the same time.

Failure reason:

The neutral point voltage is too low to meet the measurement needs.

Solution:

① Check and verify the integrity of the voltage measurement circuit;

②The unbalanced voltage can be increased by adjusting the grounding change tap so that the three phases are in different gears;

① Check the integrity of the shifting control circuit;
