1) Possible cause of failure:
①The voltage of the main power supply is too high, resulting in overvoltage/unit charging circuit failure, resulting in undervoltage;
②Unit input phase loss or input power supply undervoltage, resulting in undervoltage;
③The internal failure of the unit leads to undervoltage;
④The change of output and load (such as too fast deceleration) causes the motor to be in the state of power generation, resulting in overvoltage;
⑤ The detection circuit in the unit is faulty.
2) Processing method:
① Check the DC voltage record value in the record to judge overvoltage or undervoltage;
② Check whether the main power supply voltage is within the allowable range;
③Check the detected DC voltage;
④If it occurs during the deceleration process, please check whether the deceleration time setting is reasonable;
⑤ If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact Zhiguang Electric.

Click "log information" on the touch screen, click "fault record", and click the arrow to view the fault name, fault time, various data of the inverter at the time of fault, DC voltage of the unit, etc.
Failure reason:
The SVG fan is blocked or the thermal relay is activated.
Solution:
① Replace the cooling fan;
② Check the fan control circuit;
③If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact Zhiguang Electric.
Failure reason:
①The high-voltage incoming line, the wiring in the cabinet, and the phase sequence of the PT do not correspond;
②The device capacity setting is too small;
③ Hall installation wiring error;
④Wrong optical fiber connection;
⑤The power unit is damaged;
⑥Device insulation damage;
⑦ Power grid failure.
Responses:
① Check the corresponding relationship between the high-voltage incoming line, the wiring in the SVG cabinet and the phase sequence of PT;
② Check parameter settings;
③ Check Hall installation and wiring;
④ Check the optical fiber connection;
⑤ Replace the faulty power unit;
⑥ Check the insulation.
Failure reason:
① The discharge resistor is damaged or installed incorrectly;
② Optical fiber connection error;
③ Power unit failure;
④ The DC capacitor is damaged;
⑤ Power grid failure.
Countermeasures:
① Check resistance;
② Check the optical fiber connection;
③ Replace the power unit body or drive board;
④ Replace the power unit or capacitor.
Failure reason:
①IGBT damaged;
②Overheating of the power unit;
③Power unit receiving failure;
④ Power unit undervoltage and overvoltage;
⑤ The drive board is damaged.
Countermeasures:
① Improve ventilation conditions;
②Worse driver board;
③ Replace the isolation transformer;
④Replace the power unit body.
